La Clinic collects personal information only to provide periodontal and implant care, to respond to enquiries, and to communicate with referring dentists. We collect what you give us through this website’s contact and referral forms, and what you provide during your care.

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and is accessible only to clinic staff who need it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Clinical records are retained in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec. You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting the clinic.
